walk in nature

When we walk we bring into harmony our right and left brain hemispheres…..this means in simple terms, we get our logical thoughts and our creative thoughts to a level of optimisation. Access the feel good factor by walking in nature regularly! If you want to feel good, learn that the intake of oxygen, the tranquil scenes of a peaceful place such as a woodland or a beach, or a local park or lake, all contribute towards feeling beeter both in mind and soul.
The next time you are feeling down, or do not quite feel good here’s a simple guide as to what you can do:
1) identify a peaceful place you can walk to
2) Plan a route
3)Be sure it is a safe place
4) Go there and begin to breathe deeply
5)Notice the relationship between deep breathing, being outdoors, and feeling better – they are all linked!!!
6) Create a ritual where you allow optimum feelings of good health everytime you visit this place

Tap In To The Universal Love Within You!

You are a wonderful source of positive energy, if only you would come to understand this more and more. Love is the driving force of good thoughts and feelings as they emerge in you.

 Do you ever get that wonderful feeling of shivers down the spine when you hear a piece of music that touches your heart? Do you have a favourite film that makes you feel good every time you see it? these are simple examples of positive emotion being created through the force of love within your heart. . . .

Love is so powerful it overcomes all kinds of fear and unwanted negativity. God formed the universe with the law of Love in his very own heart. Love is the energy you can tap into today to become harmonised with The Law Of Attraction.

When you are acting from the great source of love stored up in your heart, your thoughts and emotions will be resonating at an incredibly high frequency. You will get a good feeling as a result. Ask yourself the following questions:
1) What are my tallents
2) What do I love doing
3) What is it I am truely passionate about.
4) What Do I want

To become aware of the powerful force of love in your heart, take time out each day to think about good things you can do for others. These need not be great things, small things display love powerfully. Simply paying another person a kind complement can be a great works.

Look at your talents, your skills, your passions and act on them, knowing that the power of Love will guide you toward becoming happier.

Here is an exercise you can do to become more aware of the power of love in your heart, and how it influences the law of attraction:

* Sit in a comfortable position and take some nice deep breaths

*Focus on the beat of your own heart

*Feel the weight of your body on the surface you sit on

*Think about the things you really want in your life

*Visualise yourself living the life you want

*Allow positive feelings to resonate, feel the joy circle around your heart.

The Key, Is to stop thinking about what you do not want, and start thinking about what you do want. Its all about your will, and your will is measured by what you think about most of the time.

Learn to relax for ten minutes each day, and comfortably think about the things you want. If you want to become happier, start thinking about those things which you will feel happier about.

It’s all about your breathing

There is no complex science behind thinking and feeling better. Indeed, cognitive scientists have been studying the mind for centuries, and have pioneered therapeutic approaches to help people to learn to think and feel better.

However, the good news is, we can all start today to improve our well being by understanding the benefits of breathing properly.

‘But we all breath ‘ you may be thinking to yourself. Well. . . . yes, we do all breath in order to stay alive but, in the western world we seldom bring attention to our breathing in order to feel better during stressful situations.

Breathing awareness is a key thing toward feeling better, and moreover, we can practice breathing more effectivly when and wherever we are. In fact. . . .  it is a wise thing to practice deep breathing when we are in places where our patience is tested. For example a queue at a supermarket, or while in a traffic jam, or shortly before we deliver a speech or attend an interview.

Once you have learned to breath for the benfit of your mind and body, you will come to recognise the distinct relationship between oxygen, and being calm in all situatioins. Oxygen has a profound calming effect on our blood, which in turn feeds our muscles and organs with health and vitality.

Does all of this sound silly? well. . . . take it from me, we often take breathing for granted because it is an automatic process. Think about it for a moment. . . . do you beat your own heart, do you grow your own hair? no not intentionally, but you do it all on auto pilot.

The key toward improving your pyschological and physical health is to start up a relationship with your own breathing. learn to bring more and more attention to your own breathing and learn to love the life giving oxygen you inhale.

Here’s an exercise you can practice any time and any place, to improve your breathing awareness and start feeling better:

Diaphragmatic breathing

1) Take a deep breath in slowly and as you breath in pump that tummy out, count to 10 as you do this

2) hold the breath for 5 seconds or more, still with your tummy pumped out

3) now breath and exhale and visualise all of that air leaving your body through the soles of your feet.

4) continue this simple exercise, and as you breath in visualise sending that life giving oxygen to certain areas of your body

5) Learn to become aware of your breathing, for it is a good friend to you, one which should not be taken for granted

6) If you are faced with a difficult situation today, take five minutes, sit in a comfortable position and practice breathing to calm yourself. Focus all of your attention on your breathing only, and the beat of your own heart. You will start to think and feel better!

The Law Of Attraction. . .Think Positively Feel Better

How you are feeling in each and every moment is a sure indicator of whether or not you are in tune with yourself.

Always know that feeling good, feeling at peace, and feeling calm are results of positive thoughts which ring true with who you really are. If you are in a stressful situation and you are constantly feeling bad. . . know that it will pass, and be sure that good feeling will return to you.

Ever read ‘The Law Of Attraction’ by Hicks?  Esther writes some amazing stuff about creating a more joyful life for ourselves and helps us to tap in to our true nature and the law of attraction.

Decide who you want to be

The key towards becoming the person you really want to become, is to take a pen and paper, and write down exactly what it is you want to become. By writing things down and being specific, you will also be affirming your true desire to the universe. Always try to keep things simple, and be as clear as you can about the life you want to lead. If for example you want to become more confident and successful in a particular area of your life, then write down the reasons for wanting to become more confident and successful. If you want to become wealthy, then write down why you want to become wealthy. For example: ”I want to become more wealthy because I can spend more quality time with my family, and visit nice places, and have more time to offer my services to others”.

One thing is for sure; the only reason you can not achieve anything you wish to achieve is due to the limitations you create in your own mind. There are more opportunities availible to us all today than there has ever been. Do not put off, becoming something you truely wish to be. Follow your heart, be aware of the vast resources around you which are freely availible, and learn from others.

In fact. . . . copy others. For example, if you wish to become more confident, copy confident people, how they talk, how they stand, and how they communicate with their bodies.

If you wish to become wealthy, then approach wealthy people and ask them how they got to where they are. Most often they will gladly talk to you about their hard efforts and great success.

Likewise, if you wish to become good in any particular field, then copy and mirror people who are already successful.

Did you ever see the movie ‘Catch me If You Can’ starring leonardo di’capprio? this movie gives a great illustration of the power of mirroring others. while defrauding other people should never be encouraged, his film based on a true story, shows us the power of mirroring other successful people and actually living reality through our behaviours.

The best way to carry out a public speech, is to watch how others perform, imagine ourselves doing it, and then acting out a great performance ourselves.

Always remember. . . . . each and every day we are acting out our own lives. Start today to act a bit better in each area of your life.

Do you want to become happier?. . . then start acting happy. Smile more, sing a song or two, be thankful for each new day. Do an act of kindness and bring  joy to someone else.

Laugh more, watch comedy, or hang around with people who make you laugh lots. remember. . . we are happy because we laugh .

Here’s some things you can do today to become the person you want to be:

1) Take pen and paper and list all of the positive qualities you wish to have. for example, I want to be funnier, I want to be stronger, I want to be more confident

2) List the reasons why you want to become these things. For example I want to be more confident when I go on a date because. . . .

3) Visit the internet and ask for help and advice in whatever area you want to improve.

4) Mirror others who you meet/or on T.V who show an abundance of the qualities you want to improve in yourself. Copy how they act, talk how they talk, use your body how they use theirs when communicating.

5) Simply start acting more like these people.

6) Remember ‘Doing Is being’ act as though you are already the person you wish to become. . . . .ITS EASY!

Focus your attention inward

Learn to improve your own self awareness. Many people from ages passed have realised the benefits of improving their self awareness. What does it mean to become more self aware?

To become self aware you need to learn to be aware of your own thoughts and feelings in each moment. The more self aware you can become, the more at peace you can become and this will lead to positive mental attitudes. Sometimes it can be daunting to become self aware, as we become more and more aware of the negative thoughts and feelings which we experience. There are a number of things you can do to become more self aware. Simply focussing on your breathing in a nice quiet peaceful place is a good start. Learn to listen to your own body, the beating of your own heart and the voice inside your head. Be awre of the feelings you omit when you feel happy and joyous.

remember. . . . . the more and more you can learn to accept and like your self, the more you can expect to live a happier life. It’s quite simple then, learn to know your self in every way. know how you think and feel. Learn to understand your own values and beliefs about the world. try to accept all of the area you do not like about yourself, and try to maker subtle changes towards change.

Gratitude. . . . . The key to manifestation

How easy do you find it to think positively? how grateful are you for the good things in your life? being grateful is in itself a form of positive thinking.

If you are able to be thankful for the things you have, you are telling the universe that you are happy. The universe will then respond to these positive energies you give out. Many of us find it hard to be grateful for the good things in our lives, and we take for granted some of the wonderful things which contribute to our happiness .

Here are some things you can be grateful for on a regular basis. You can either thank God, or if you do not have a relationship with God, thank the universe:

Be grateful for good health of mind and body. Or be grateful for good health of mind OR body.

Be grateful for shelter, food, and clothes.

Be grateful for your talents and your gifts (we all have them).

Be grateful for peace

Be grateful for love you get from others

Be grateful for the beauty of a day

Be grateful for all of those things you can enjoy doing

Be grateful for the endless possibilites you have in your life, and the choices you have to follow your desires

THERE ARE MANY THINGS TO BE GRATEFUL FOR. . . . . . understand that gratitude is a form of positive energy and will lead to peace of mind, well being, and joy. The more you can be grateful even for small things, the more goodness you will manifest in your life.

Here’s some steps you can follow to become grateful and manifest more joy in your life:

1) take a pen and paper and write down a list of twenty things you can be grateful for in your life. It does not matter how small these things are.

2) Affirm to God/or the universe “Thank you for . . . . . . I am really grateful, I am so satisfied in the joy that this thing brings me.

3) Make sure that as you say thank you you are in a nice relaxed state, make sure you be grateful in a quiet place

4) Set aside 5 minutes each day and say a gratitude prayer. God will hear your thanks. If you do not belong to a specific religious group, then the universe will also respond to a prayer of gratitude

5) Be aware of the power of gratitude. . . . when you go about your every day life learn to be thankful to others you come into contact with. We all serve each other in some way, so be sure to always be thankful to others. . . . a great way to become more positive.

You Create Your own reality

Our reality is our entire responsibility. How we are feeling at the moment is a result of the thoughts we are creating in our minds.

You create your reality. . . . think about this for a while, and notice how true it is. If you feel unhappy in your life ask yourself the following questions:

1)How can I become happier

2)What do I really want

3)What do I enjoy doing

4)What can I change

Remember, If you are down in the dumps because you feel life has dealt you a bad card, or other people are giving you a bad time, know that you and only you have the resources inside to change.

Often the thought of change can be scary. We  may know that we need to make changes in order to become happier; but we really do not believe we have the ability to do so. Always know that you do have the ability to change your life for the better. There are vast resources around you to get the support you need to start living a happier life.

Here are some things you can start doing right away:

1) Learn to become an optimist, join your local library and request books around the area of optimism and positive thinking

2) Understand that becoming happier requires devotion and dedication, It won’t just happen to you, but you have to make it happen

3) Know that you create your own reality from the inside out. You need to work on your thoughts and feelings. Use the internet to visit sites which relate to positive thinking

4) Learn to laugh more, particularly at yourself, don’t take things so seriously all the time. . . learn to harmonise positive thinking, laughter, and also if possible take regular exercise.

5) Remember. . . you are responsible for your life, no-one else. Motivation is the first step toward creating a better reality for yourself. Happiness requires doing things you enjoy regularly, so take a pen and paper and jot down some things you enjoy doing. . . .. then do them.

Silence Is Golden

Silence Is Golden

It is important to understand that you can value yourself uniquely as an amazing human being. Know that your mind is influenced constantly by external sources. Right from the day of your birth, you are being influenced by people you come into contact with.

In this 21st century, the media is so advanced that we can not help but be influenced by it. Make sure that you can take time out in silence just at the very least to become aware of your own breathing, and the beat of your own heart. Know that you are not your thoughts, you are not the influence of other people, but you are authentic in every way.

How much do you like your own company? How easy is it for you to retire for ten minutes each day to a quiet place. Many of us find this difficult , but learning to take regular breaks of silence can be invaluable to us.

Do not be fooled by clock time. Clock time always tells us that we are in a rush, we have to much to do, and we do not place enough value on ourselves to be free from the every day stress of life.

GOOD NEWS!. . . you can break the unhelpful habit of being too busy, by simply re arranging your priorities. Make time to take time. Try to imprint this saying into your mind. You do have the ability to make time to take time to be at peace each and every day of your life regardless of whatever may trouble you.

Here are some things you can do to come to know silence more in your life

1) Find a nice peaceful place where you can go to each day. This might be a room in your house , an area of your garden, a meadow, or a beach.
2) Take nice deep breaths and sit in a comfortable position, notice whatever thoughts and feelings emerge
3) Listen to the silence, notice the sounds, the calmness, the air and your own breath.
4) Be aware how the calming influence enables you to get some peace and clarity, as well as serenity.
5) Make peace and quiet time a hobby. . . . enjoy it. . . do not be influenced by the media
6) STOP WATCHING TV NEWS SHOWS. . . . they always paint a poor picture of the world, and fail to point out the good!
